**DISCLAIMER**

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced due to exchange rate fluctuation, typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any of those reason , PRO Wholesale Limited ( Driveit.co.nz ) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

1 All purchases are to be paid in full before they are shipped unless credit arrangements have been made with PRO Wholesale Limited. 1.2 Any Trade Purchases NOT PAID IN FULL by the end of the month following Invoice will forfeit any trade discount given.
1.3 Any Trade Purchases not paid in full by the end of the second month following Invoice will be sent to our Debt Collection agency for collection.
1.4 If we are forced to hand your account over to our Debt Collection agency for collection you will be liable for any collection costs incurred.

RETURNS
2 If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us directly.
2.1 Changing your mind is not a valid reason for return or cancellation of order. See Consumer Affairs Notice
2.2 All returns for credit should be made within 7 days & be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, unused, undamaged, in it’s original packaging and resealable.
2.3 All Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
2.4 The warranty is ‘return to base’ and not a free in home service. This means the customer is responsible for any inwards freight charge to return product to PRO Wholesale Limited
2.5 No Returns will be accepted on special order items. Special order items will be deemed to be non stock items. I.E Items ordered specially for customer.
